The Mother Daughter bond is precious and primal. It is the fire that fuels so many of our behaviours and beliefs that we carry towards ourselves as women.
This retreat offers a rare opportunity to explore the uncharted places in our hearts, to express our needs and meet each other anew, to dance, laugh, love, cry and clear our feminine line.
In doing so we will detox from limiting behavioural patterns. Strengthen the precious connection, learn new ways of relating and celebrate each other as the women that we truly are.
To honour the curve of each other’s path, to hear each other’s truth, to uplift each other’s dreams and to forgive and release what no longer serves us.

For those of us that are able to bring our mother. Perhaps we’ve been on many retreats and wish we could share the joy, healing and expansion with our Mothers.
For those of us who are unable to bring our mother. Perhaps it’s a desire to feel healing with your feminine line and mother wherever she is.
For each one of us that are calling in motherhood, and want to prepare our soil and a healthy womb space. Let’s nourish our feminine from the roots up.

They say within every family there is one person that shoulders the weight of change. Many of us within La Luna hold this role. This retreat is for all of us. Together we will dive into our family trees, speak the untold stories, release ourselves from the past, and honor, clear, and celebrate this sacred bond. By doing this work, we free ourselves and each other.
We will move our bodies, be in nature, eat delicious food, we will laugh, we will love, we will cry, and enjoy this precious time together.
You are welcome to come alone or bring your mother, daughter or sister. Regardless, you will bring all the love and support of your ancestors as we embark on this journey to profound healing.

FAQs
Is it mandatory to come with my mother, or could I come by myself?
While it’s not mandatory to attend with your mother, we strongly encourage taking this opportunity to explore your relationship and feminine lineage together.
If bringing your mother isn’t possible, you’re still welcome to join solo. In this case, you’ll be paired with another solo participant for the constellation processes, allowing you to dive into the work of mother wounding in a supportive setting.
Alternatively, you might consider attending with your blood sister, offering each other the chance to untangle and understand the threads of your shared feminine heritage.
My Mother doesn’t speak english, would it be still possible to participate?
At our most recent Mother & Daughter retreat, many of the mothers in attendance didn’t speak English. Their daughters stepped up, taking on the responsibility of translating for them. However, the heart of this retreat wasn’t reliant on language or teaching concepts. Instead, it focused on deep, transformative work through energetic embodiment processes, where language is not the main currency.
What if my mother has never done any of this work before?
That is absolutely perfect, there is no experience necessary.
We will tailor our program especially towards the older generation and make it totally accessible.
What age does my daughter have to be to participate in this experience?
16 years and above. As the process we will be going through will require her to stand independently as a woman, as much as being your daughter.

If you are feeling ready to take the step to apply for joining this journey please fill in our application form and pay an application fee of $98. (The application fee is not refundable.)
The fee holds your space and covers a private interview and intention setting call with Miriam, we want to make sure our space is the right space for you and to prepare you for the retreat and for you to be able to ask any further questions.
Once you are confirmed, we will follow up with the full invoice package, all logistical details and our suggested packing list. We ask you to pay your invoice within 24-hours as we usually have a lot of demand but only limited spaces.
